Kindergartens Visit Trumbull Art Gallery

During the month of March, Warren City Schools kindergartens visited Trumbull Art Gallery for a hands-on art experience. On this trip, children collaboratively created an abstract canvas, toured the galley, and used the potter’s wheel.

They also learned how a gallery operates, displaying featured art from multiple artists, including Trumbull County students.

Many thanks to Trumbull Art Gallery for hosting our inquisitive learners!

School-Based Health Centers

In partnership with Akron Children’s Hospital, Warren City Schools District will pilot school-based health centers at its’ four PK-8 schools in the 2019-2020 school year.  The centers will provide free care to students who do not already have access to a primary care physician, or who do not have available transportation to receive care. With parental consent, any child can receive care and if they do not already have a physician, the center will assist them in finding one.
