Data Services

The Data Services Department is responsible for student information as it pertains to the reporting of EMIS (Education Management Information System). One of the main functions of the department is the timely submissions of accurate school data to the state. Staff, student, district, building, and financial data are all collected and sent to the Ohio Department of Education. Some of the student data collected include: attendance, absences, student assessments, student courses, percent of time taught, discipline, and graduating requirements and records.

The Data Services Department is also responsible for the uploading of student information to state approved testing sites in order for students to be registered for all mandated state tests.

It is the function of the Data Services Department to work closely with all departments to ensure that all data is accurate, entered correctly, and submitted by the reporting deadline. The information submitted ultimately determines funding for the school district.
