The Warren City School District has received several concerns recently regarding student behavior at the district’s home varsity football games.
As a result, the district is announcing several protocols, procedures and expectations that will be in place for all WCS students and guests who wish to attend the remaining home games:
- All PK-8 School aged children and guests will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at the football game. It is expected that children sit in the stands with this adult.
- Prior to entering Mollenkopf Stadium, each PK-8 School aged child will need to register with their accompanying adult at one of the four designated tables.
- Registration: Each child and adult with a game event ticket will need to provide the accompanying adult’s phone contact information, sign in and receive a wristband to be worn for the duration of the game. PK-8 School aged youth without a wristband will not be permitted into the event and will be removed from the event if their wristband is removed.
PK-8 School aged children are expected to sit with their accompanying adult during the game.
- WGH Students will continue to follow the same game day procedures as have been communicated by the school administrators and staff this season.
These changes are being made so our loyal fans and WCS families can have an enjoyable game day experience supporting our WGH Raider Football TEAM, WGH Marching Band and Cheerleaders. We appreciate and expect your support in helping us achieve this goal for all of our students in the Warren City Schools.
