Warren City Mayor Doug Franklin met with 3rd-graders at the Jefferson PK-8 School on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, to discuss his job responsibilities and answer any questions they had about how the city operates.
He explained the different services the city provides to its residents, such as police, fire and water service, and trash pickup.
