Combining Cohort A & B Temporarily

COHORT A & B Students
Beginning Monday, November 23rd, your child is expected to log into their teacher’s Clever page daily from their device to begin each school day Monday through Friday.
Reminder, week of November 23rd students will only have class on Monday and Tuesday due to Thanksgiving Break. School will resume Monday, November 30th. See times below of your child’s school day:

Lincoln and McGuffey
Student time: 8:15 a.m. – 3:25 p.m.

Students in grades K-5 will meet with their teacher starting at 8:15 a.m. and engage in instruction by logging into their teacher’s Clever page. Teachers will outline the daily schedule of virtual live instruction and remote/independent instruction. The daily schedule will be posted on the teacher Clever Page. A student day concludes at 3:25 p.m.

Students in grades 6-8 will begin at 8:15 in their first period class, meeting with their homeroom/first period teacher found on the teacher Clever Page. Grade 6-8 students will follow their daily schedule by logging onto each of their teacher’s Clever Page for that particular period. A student day concludes at 3:25 p.m.

Jefferson and Willard
Student time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:10 p.m.

Students in grades K-5 will meet with their teacher starting at 9:00 a.m. and engage in instruction by logging into their teacher’s Clever page. Teachers will outline the daily schedule of virtual live instruction and remote/independent instruction. The daily schedule will be posted on the teacher Clever Page. A student day concludes at 4:10 p.m.

Students in grades 6-8 will begin at 9:00 in their first period class, meeting with their homeroom/first period teacher found on the teacher Clever Page. Grade 6-8 students will follow their daily schedule by logging onto each of their teacher’s Clever Page for that particular period. A student day concludes at 4:10 p.m.

COHORT C Students (those who were already fully online) are to follow their existing schedule
