In Mrs. Manios’s class the project was to use the Hieroglyphic alphabet to create a kind phrase. Each student created a phrase on real Papyrus paper from the time of the Aztecs and Egyptians, as that is what they were studying. Then, the students swapped projects and decoded to solve the phrases. All of the projects are not pictured here but Mrs. Manios was proud of all their critical thinking and creativity. Mrs. Manios said that when they were reading them, she heard real life issues of kindness during this pandemic in our society. She also commented that it was one of the best moments of her career! Thank you Lincoln kids!
Being apart of something special makes you special Maybe we could stop being people who know too much to be strangers, but know too little to be friends. If you can’t fly then run, If you can’t run then walk, If you can’t walk then crawl, But whatever you do keep moving forward Love is the flower you have to let grow…
