| In February, your child should have brought home a consent form from Mercy Health regarding their Mobile Dental Services “Smile Station”. This is a mobile dental clinic equipped to provide dental care for children who do not have or have never seen a dentist. They will see any child regardless of ability to pay. They do, however, accept insurance, including Medicaid. Please send in the consent form as soon as possible if you’d like your child to be seen. They will be here on March 5 & 19 and then again on April 24 and May 1. Contact the school office if you’d like another form. |
