Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Warren City School District will induct its next class of outstanding graduates into the Warren High Schools’ Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in May 2025. These honorees will be those graduates who have achieved success in their careers and/or have made significant contributions in their fields, as well as to society, the state and/or on a global scale. The honorees inducted into the Hall of Fame must be graduates of one of the three Warren public high schools: Warren High School, Warren G. Harding High School or Warren Western Reserve High School.

If you know of a well-qualified and deserving graduate who has been out of school at least twelve (12) years, complete the form below and return it to Warren High Schools’ Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame prior to November 15, 2024. If you do not know the nominee’s address, please try to suggest someone who can help to locate your nominee.

The current Hall of Fame Selection Committee will choose the 2025  inductees for this honor. Selections will be based on nominations and information received from friends, families and the individuals themselves.

The next group of inductees into the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame will be honored in May 2025.
