Officer Tatgenhorst and K9 Officer Ivo of East Liverpool visit schools and help to spread the message to never give up no matter what—No Excuses! Ivo was injured during training and broke his leg. He ended up with pins in his leg that got infected and that’s what led to the amputation of his front leg.
