WSCD 6th Grade Water Safety Review

The district is implementing a new initiative for 6th graders that will help us continue building upon the current 4th/5th grade learn-to-swim program while also enabling us to continue helping the students in WCSD enhance their water safety development!

We have set aside one-week dates that will allow each 6th-grade class in the school district to come to the pool and participate in a refresher course of their previous 4th-or 5th-grade learn-to-swim experience. We will review water safety, refresh student skills, and revisit freestyle and backstroke.
