The Climate Committee and select 6th – 8th grade students put on a wonderful holiday display for the students in grades K – 3. Students were delighted with scenes from “Whoville”, Frozen, Santa’s Workshop, and Gingerbread Land. Santa and the Grinch made special appearances.

Band Concert
The band held a holiday concert on December 15, 2022 in the Lincoln Cafetorium.
Choir Concert
The Lincoln Middle School choir had their concert on December 13, 2022 in the Lincoln Cafetorium. Students in grades 6th through 8th participated in this holiday concert.
Doors Doors Doors
Lincoln staff and students took the time to compete in a door decorating contest to bring some holiday spirit to the halls.
Christmas in the Library
Students have been busy learning about the Rockefeller Christmas tree in New York City. Students completed a STEM challenge by creating the tallest decorative tree using recycled materials. Students created shrinking cup ornaments to put on their trees at home.

Math
Mrs. Catuogno-Jones’s 7th grade math class practiced setting up and solving equations using algebra tiles and equation mats. Visual models reinforce the equation solving process, solidify understanding of like terms, inverse operations and zero pairs.
Paleontology at Lincoln
Mrs. Richardson’s 6th grade Science class morphed into paleontologists while working on a Fossil Cookie Activity. Amazing and fun!!!



Thanksgiving SEL
Mrs. Klines 3rd grade class did a SEL activity today that was sharing how thankful they were to have each other be apart of their classroom family.
