Mega Math

Each year, the YSU Department of Mathematics and Statistics sponsors the annual YSU MegaMath Day. The purpose of this one day event is to celebrate the beauty and power of mathematics with three hundred middle school students (grades 5-8) from northeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

Thank You to Our Veterans

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the veterans who joined us for our Veterans Day Celebration. Your presence made the event truly meaningful, and it was an honor to recognize the courage, commitment, and sacrifice you have given in service to our country.

Your stories, your dedication, and your continued involvement in our community inspire us every day. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate you, learn from you, and thank you in person.

To every veteran who attended—and to those who serve quietly every day—thank you. Your service will never be forgotten.

Student Council Spirit Week

Student Council is sponsoring a spirit week November 17th through November 21st.

11/21 Friday-Color Wars between all grade levels!
Kindergarten- Orange/Purple day
First Grade-Green day
Second Grade- Camo day
Third Grade-Pink day
Fourth Grade-Black day

Seventh Grade- Red
Eighth Grade –Black & Gold

Thanksgiving Feast

Students and staff will be served a DELICIOUS feast on November 20th by our wonderful cafeteria staff.

The menu will include: Carved turkey, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, dinner roll w/ margarine, seasoned greens, sweet corn, yams, stuffing, applesauce, cranberry sauce and pie!

November 25 Menu:  Cheeseburger, baked fries, bbq baked beans, orange wedges, fruit juice

Veterans Day Assembly

Calling all Lincoln family current and retired military personnel!

We will be having a choir & band concert at 9:30 AM on 11/11/25 to honor those who have served. 

Please enter through the back of the building. Your students will join you for the concert. There will be light refreshments served.
