K-2 Student Spotlight

Julianne is a 2nd grade student in Miss Aulizia’s class. She
states, “Julianne is such a positive girl online and in the
classroom. There have been many times where online was
frustrating and she persevered. No matter the situation
Julianne always finds something positive to say. There have
been plenty of times I have been frustrated with technology
and Julianne says the best things to make me even take a
step back and realize we will get through it! And we sure did
get through it! She and I both are thrilled to be back in the
classroom.”

3-5 Student Spotlight

Our monthly McGuffey 3-5 Spotlight winner is Kenneth Wells, he is a 5th grader in Shelley Russell's class.
Here is what his teacher said about him:
"Kenny is a responsible and reliable student. He follows directions in class and always completes all his classwork and remote work. He puts in the extra work to improve his grades when given the opportunity. Kenny is a big help in the classroom, he even helped me trouble shoot some problems when class was full remote. Kenny is always willing to participate in class and share his ideas no matter what subject. Kenny comes in every morning on time and ready to learn. During remote learning, he was always on time in the morning and when we came back from lunch and breaks. Kenny is a joy to have in class. He knows when it's ok to joke around, but he also knows when it's time to get back to work. Kenny is an all around fantastic student and very enjoyable to be around. Great job, Kenny!! I am very proud to say Kenny Wells is in my class! Thank you to all of his former teachers and his parents. You have helped mold him into the student that sits in front of me each day."
