WE ARE IT! is a conference for young women in eighth grade who may be interested in exploring careers in Information/ Technology. The mission of this event is to attract young women to in-demand and highly-compensated career fields. WE ARE IT! has become a popular and anticipated experience for young women considering careers in information/ technology.
