Miss Price’s Class Performs Science Experiment
Recently, Miss Price’s first grade class performed a science experiment on apples. Students were excited to learn about the reaction the baking soda and vinegar have together. Students watched intently as Miss Price used an apple and some food coloring to add to the excitement.



Mini Majorettes and Flagline Perform at Harding
On Saturday, September 25, several students from Jefferson participated in the WGH mini majorette and flagline camp. Each student learned routines taught by Harding students and then were able to perform with the band for their annual band night. Thank you to the Harding Band for hosting such a wonderful event for the students. Great job to everyone who performed!





21st Century After School Program
Greetings Jefferson Parents,
My name is Kevin Stringer and I am personally inviting your 6th, 7th and 8th grade student(s) to join the 21st Century After Hours program. This after school program will be held IN PERSON on Monday through Thursday starting on Monday, October 11, 2021. Programming will run from 4:15 to 7:15 and students will receive Dinner, Homework Help, Creative Academic Support and Fun Enrichment Activities. I will provide transportation home each day. Your student(s) signed on a list to let me know they were interested and I am reaching out so that you can complete the paperwork.

Spring Break
There is no school for Warren City School students on Friday April 2 or Monday April 5 due to spring break. Students return Tuesday, April 6.
Yearbooks On Sale Now
Yearbooks can be ordered until April 15. The cost is $20 each (cash or order online). No extras will be purchased so be sure to place your order soon! It has been a year like no other so save those memories for your child with a yearbook. Books will arrive before end of school year.

Picture Make-up Days
Picture Retakes will be Tuesday, March 9th, Wednesday, March 10th and Thursday, March 11th.
Anyone who would like a retake is welcome to have their picture taken. If you would like your picture package exchanged with the retake photo, you must return the original, intact, picture package on retake picture day.
Orders can be completed online. If you are not able to place your order online, please print the attached flyer, fill it out and put their payment in a sealed envelope attached to the flyer. There will be flyers available at the school.
