Ms. Scarmack and Students Making a Difference

October is an exciting time in Ms. Scarmack’s Principles of Foods cooking classes as they participate in “Make a Difference October.”  Each week throughout the month of October, the cooking students will prepare baked goods and then decide as a lab group how much of their baked goods to donate to nonprofit organizations in Warren.  


Students have spent time researching local nonprofit organizations and the organizations with the most votes will receive the donations over the next few weeks as a way to give back to the Warren community.  Today, October 5, 2022, four students were able to deliver 113 chocolate chip cookies, which were baked by all Principles of Foods students, to the Warren Family Mission.  Those four students were the following: Virgol Ball, Zachery Fannin, Emma Rittwage, and Cerenitie Wilson.
