Student Covid-19 Vaccination Opportunity

A vaccination clinic, coordinated by the Warren City Schools and Mercy Health Physicians, will be made available to interested families during the school day on April 14th.

In preparation for this vaccination event, an interest survey is being shared with families to determine how many doses would need to be reserved for this future clinic.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, the COVID-19 vaccination is an important tool in helping to stop the pandemic; the vaccine is a safer way to build protection; and will help keep you from getting COVID-19. Families are encouraged to give consideration – and consult their health care provider, if necessary – to determine if getting this vaccination is ideal for their family.

This clinic will be open to students ages 16 and older with the Pfizer vaccine being administered. Directions on how to register for the April 14th vaccination clinic will be shared via email upon completion of this survey. Those interested should complete this survey by Wednesday, April 6th at 12:00pm.
