Join us here at Jefferson on Thursday, October 24th 5:30-7:00PM for a trunk or treat fun night. The evening will include food trucks, music, prizes, and family fun! This is a free community event. We can’t wait to see you here!
Students at Jefferson have been working hard to follow the letter ‘A’ of the Warren acronym, which stands for accountability. Students who earned enough points were treated to a bingo game. Students enjoyed visiting together, a treat, and prizes for winning.
Each week kindergarten students who have perfect attendance are treated to lunch with their teachers. Students get time to visit together and enjoy a fun video while they eat their lunch.
There are no classes for Warren City School students on Wednesday, October 2 due to a waiver day. Students will return on Thursday October 3.
Three of our Jefferson students had the opportunity to perform with the Harding Marching Band as part of their mini majorette program for their annual band night. Students attended the rehearsals, learning baton routines and dances that the Harding majorettes perform during pregame. Our students did a wonderful job representing Jefferson and had a lot of fun!
Students in Mrs. Rhodes’ kindergarten class spent their phonics time focusing on the letter ‘M’. Students did a great job writing, as well as identifying items that start with the letter. Students were all smiles as they showed off their hard work.
There are no classes for Warren City School students on Wednesday, September 11 due to a wavier day. Students will return Thursday, September 12.
Students at Jefferson each take a technology class in which they learn useful and practical computer skills that benefit them in many aspects of life. One notable skill that every student learns is typing. Here you can see several students working hard on accuracy and speed of typing.
