Students from Ms. Brandy Scarmack’s Cooking Classes delivered 18 pans of Caramel Apple Crisp to Warren Family Mission as part of the Culinary Program’s Make a Difference Campaign.  As in years past, all students in the Cooking 1 course donate a portion of their baked goods items prepared in class to four local non profit organizations.  Students spend time researching organizations and missions to determine where they would like to donate.  Tyra, Nevaeh, Elaina and Lariyah were given a tour around the Mission and spoke about volunteer opportunities with the staff.  This was a wonderful opportunity for these students and represented WGH so well!  There are three weeks remaining to this campaign for the cooking students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
