Students in the WGH Library began by planting herbs back in September and have added microgreens, tomatoes, and lettuce to the mix! Reaping the benefits of their efforts the students have enjoyed Caprese Salad, which used the basil they grew, Ranch Dip featuring Dill, and Tabouli which contained both parsley and mint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students monitor the hydroponic systems that are growing the herbs and vegetables and add water and food when indicated. The students are assisted by Mrs. Angelo and Mrs. Latessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
