The Warren G. Harding H.S. Band would like to congratulate seniors Tavish Burd and Eric Thompson who performed in the Ohio Music Education Association\u2019s All-State groups this past weekend in Columbus!<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
To be selected, students must submit an audition recording in May of the preceding year. \u00a0Their auditions are evaluated and ranked against musicians from the entire state regardless of school size or demographic. \u00a0The top musicians earn their spots based on these auditions.<\/b><\/div>\n

Tavish was selected as the fourth chair trombonist in the All-State Concert band, and Eric was chosen to be the guitarist for the All-State Jazz Band. \u00a0Both participated in severals days of rehearsals that culminated in concerts this weekend. \u00a0Each also received a medal to commemorate their performance.<\/b>\"Combined.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\"Combined<\/div>\n
